The terms that apply when you order custom printed apparel from CustomTshirt.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin production. We may decline an order if the artwork cannot be printed, if it infringes intellectual property rights or if the requested item is unavailable.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the shop and recalculated at checkout. Payment is required before production. Bulk pricing is confirmed separately in a written quote.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logo, image or wording you send us. You grant us permission to reproduce it only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.

Production and delivery

Items are printed to order. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after production, and tracking is included. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs and public holidays.

Cancellations and returns

Orders can be changed or cancelled before production starts. Returns for made-to-order items are limited to misprints, defects and damaged deliveries, as described on our Returns page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
