Orders can be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number; once printing has started the order can no longer be edited.

Yes. We ship custom apparel worldwide, with tracking included. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after production, and orders over $99 ship free.

Every order receives a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our print partner. You can also follow its progress from your CustomTshirt account.

Each product page shows the available colours and sizes in real time. Out-of-stock combinations are marked before checkout so you can pick an alternative.
